Supervisory Board

SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Board of Directors confirmed on 16th June 2023 the Supervisory Board.

It is composed of three members:

-       Lawyer Marco Genghini (Chairman)

-       Dr. Massimiliano Nardini

-       Dr. Emmanuil Perakis

The Supervisory Board has an autonomous overseeing power allowing it to monitor the operations of, and the compliance with the Organization Model; besides, it has an independent capacity to ensure the updating of such model.
